My Commitment
I take pride in my work and want every client to leave satisfied. However, as a solo barber, I cannot offer cash refunds for services already performed. My time, expertise, and products have already been invested in your service.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your haircut or service, Same-Day Concerns-Return within 24 hours and I will perform a complimentary adjustment/fix at no charge.
Product Issues
Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days with receipt.
Opened/Used Products
No returns or exchanges due to hygiene regulations
What I Do NOT Refund
❌ Cash, credit, or partial refunds for services rendered
❌ Refunds for "change of mind" after service completion
❌ Refunds for late arrivals resulting in shortened services
❌ Refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations
Prepaid Packages & Gift Cards

Prepaid Service Packages-Non-refundable.

Unused sessions expire 12 months from purchase date.

Gift Cards-Non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Deposits
Booking deposits are forfeited for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice
Chargebacks & Disputes
I take payment disputes seriously:

No refund issued = No valid grounds for chargeback

I reserve the right to decline future service to clients who initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

I will provide documentation to payment processors to dispute illegitimate chargeback claims.
How to Request a Fix

Contact me within 48 hours of your original appointment

Explain your specific concern clearly

Schedule a complimentary adjustment within 7 days

Arrive with hair clean and in its natural state (no styling products)
Note: I reserve the right to refuse adjustments for clients who have abused this policy or whose requests are unreasonable.
