Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, visiting my shop, or using my website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use my services.

Services Provided
I provide barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and related grooming services. All services are performed by me personally at my shop in Parker, Colorado.
Service Limitations:
• I reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety, or hygiene reasons
• I do not perform services on clients with contagious scalp or skin conditions
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Appointments & Booking
Policy Details
Booking Methods Online booking, phone, or walk-in (subject to availability)
Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed via email or text upon booking
Arrival Time Please arrive 5 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling
Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
No-Shows Clients who fail to show without notice may be required to prepay for future bookings

Payment & Pricing
• Payment Methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments accepted
• Pricing: Current prices are posted in-shop and on my website. Prices are subject to change with notice
• Gratuities: Tipping is appreciated but not required
• Refunds: All sales are final. I do not offer refunds for services rendered, but I will make reasonable adjustments if you are unsatisfied

Client Conduct
To maintain a safe, comfortable environment for all clients, I ask that you:
• Arrive clean and with manageable hair
• Refrain from using offensive language or behavior
• Do not use mobile phones during service (for safety and quality purposes)
• Inform me of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service
I reserve the right to terminate service and ask any client to leave for inappropriate conduct.

Liability & Disclaimers
• Service Results: While I strive for excellence, individual results may vary based on hair type, condition, and client cooperation
• Allergic Reactions: Please inform me of any product allergies. I am not liable for reactions to products you have approved
• Personal Property: I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
• Injury: I take precautions to prevent injury, but you assume reasonable risk inherent to barbering services (e.g., minor nicks from straight razors)
My liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Intellectual Property
All content on my website—including photos, logos, and text—is my property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use my content without prior written consent.
